Who we are

RJ Electronics ('we', 'us') operates rjelectronics.com.bd and experience centres across Bangladesh. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for orders placed from your account. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes. If a product is priced incorrectly we will contact you before processing the order.

Stock and delivery dates shown online are estimates. Occasionally high demand or supply delays occur — we will tell you promptly and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards and bank transfer, plus cash or card in store. Online payment is processed by certified partners; we never store full card numbers.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 2–4 working days inside Dhaka and 3–7 days nationwide. Orders over ৳10,000 ship free; otherwise a flat ৳150 fee applies. Risk passes to you on delivery to your address.

Returns and warranty

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items with a manufacturing fault are covered by the brand's official warranty — bring the invoice and warranty card to any service centre or store.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, unauthorised repair, or damage from voltage fluctuation without a stabiliser. Return shipping is on us when the fault is ours.

B2B and bulk orders

Trade pricing, credit terms and minimum order quantities are governed by the separate agreement issued with your dealership approval. See the B2B page for details.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
